Initially rolled out in a limited beta phase in September 2023, the app is now widely available, allowing fitness enthusiasts to tailor their weight training routines like never before. This development comes after Peloton had indicated that strength training has consistently ranked as its second most popular exercise method, despite mixed results with previous strength-related products.
The Strength Plus app introduces a customizable workout experience by enabling users to select various parameters such as workout length, type of equipment, personal experience level, and targeted muscle groups. This flexibility allows each user to generate a unique workout that suits their individual fitness needs and preferences.
