Users can explore these templates easily by navigating to File > New > From template gallery or simply clicking on the “Templates” suggestion chip at the top of a blank page on Google Docs’ web interface. Each template can be previewed in full before being inserted into a user’s document, ensuring that they can select the best option for their specific needs.
Currently, these new templates are being rolled out to all Google Workspace customers, those who subscribe to Workspace Individual, and users with personal Google accounts.
